I have been using Dodson for almost 7 years. My husband and I moved from Connecticut, and were concerned about the “famous” Palmetto Bugs, which are essentially huge roaches!!!Our house backs up to the woods and we also have several trees in our yard, including palms. So very conducive for those roaches..I have Dodson spray every 3 months and have no problems at all with those disgusting little creatures!!!Reed is my technician. He is very professional and also has a very nice attitude and personality.I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive, and would be happy to recommend Dodson to anyone.

Mr John has always answered the phone for me, and it's determined to exterminate regardless of the circumstances. Dodson is fair priced, and quick to respond freon the initial contact. I am set up on a recurring appointment every 3 months for pest control. (I have two houses, i use Dodson for both, I will start with my main home) Matt calls to let me know when he will be in my area, so I know ahead of time. He usually gives me a time range and shows up right on time! I work at home so it’s easy, but when he comes he understands I’m working, and is very professional, respectful, and efficient. He is so nice to my dogs who aren’t always perfect! Since we have started using Dodson, I’ve seen maybe one or two palmetto bugs inside, and they are usually already dead when I see them. I couldn’t recommend them more!
