Ten year supplemental Termidor perimeter drench completed. My tech walked me around the house to verify I was satisfied with the application. If you haven't had one of these drenches done, you'd better get it before those subterranean termites get you!

Billy is friendly and professional. He notifies me the day before his visit, arrives at the scheduled time, and completes the service well. Any door he opens, he ensures he closes it back. Any door he unlocks, he ensures he locks it back. He takes great care to ensure our house is exactly the way he found it. I work from a home office and Billy takes exceptional care to not interfere with my work or teleconferences. He always awaits my signal regarding if he can enter my office. I trust Billy to service our home when we are present and when we are away.

Our service wasOK, not great. The technician did not call before coming. The marks on our hardwood floors left from the treatment are ugly. The treatment was spotty.

Each and every person I spoke to was absolutely remarkable! They definitely know customer service and how to please their clients! The lowest and most fair price for their service but don't let that think that the quality is less because it's better than any other pest control company and trust me I called them all! I was treated like a valued customer and they really took their time explaining things to me and making sure I got the best service. The gentleman who did the treatment was very thorough and I was impressed on the time that was spent at my home. They did extras and went above and beyond! I love that they have a payment plan because it makes it affordable and doable for everyone. Thank you Dodson!!
