So glad to have found Dodson Pest Control in a stroke of great luck -- I happened to meet Mr. Ryan Caison while Dodson was working on a neighbor's cabin near mine in Edinburg, and he took his time to answer all my questions about pest control. I decided to call him to schedule a first-ever inspection for my 75-year-old family cabin and it turned out that I what I thought was water rot on the exterior was actually termite damage! Ryan was prompt and professional in every aspect, from returning my calls to keeping me apprised of a minor time change for his visit. He even did a ton of research on my behalf to find a local contractor who can repair the half-slab wood siding that he didn't have to do. I especially appreciate how attentive Ryan was to the unique aspects of the property, including being very close to a waterway, when putting together a treatment plan and explaining his suggestions. I'm delighted to have found Dodson to help preserve my cabin for decades to come, and it wouldn't have happened without him. Our company has used Dodson for many years. I have dealt with Vince, Tim, and Amber. All have been very professional. Amber has been our technician for the last 4 years. In this time I have gotten to know her pretty well. I can see that she enjoys her job and is very knowledgeable. If ever she does not have an answer for something, she will get the answer. She always shows up when she says she will and conducts herself in a professional manner. We are very pleased with Dodson for our pest control and Amber as our technician.
